MELBOURNE, Fla. -- Police took a super hero into custody after he allegedly attacked a woman in a Florida bar.
Melbourne police officials said Raymond Adamcik, who was dressed as Captain America, made rude suggestions to a woman in the bar and grabbed her between her thighs.
Police said after Adamcik had his booking photo taken, he tried to flush a bag of marijuana and a rolled joint down the toilet.
Adamcik has been charged with battery, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and destruction of evidence, authorities said.
Melbourne police said the altercation stemmed from a pub crawl sponsored by a pharmaceutical company. Those who attended the crawl were wearing costumes.

I think Cappy should have his membership in the Hall of Justice revoked.
The Uniform Code of Superhero Justice states in 18 UCSJ 1326 that: "In the event that a Superhero (hereinafter referred to as 'Super')shall disgrace the office, which (s)he has elected to pursue regardless of legality or inherent ability, is accused of such behavior that may constitute such disgrace or even as low a debasement as 'besmirchment', then Super will be held liable as follows:
If offending Super is self-represented and unaffiliated (such as 'Wackjob' or 'Lactatia')then said Super on first offense shall be subject to such penalties as deemed appropriate by the regional governing body such as the MidAtlantic Oversight and Regional Office of Negation (MORON)or the Tri-county Investigation Team (TIT).
Second offense will result in automatic notification of offending Super's arch-rival of Super's real name, address, credit card numbers and primary weakness.
In event of the offending Super's being represented by Military or ParaMilitary rank (such as Lieutenant Lunatic or Sargent Sassafrass) then Super will be either reduced in fictional rank or even be forced to actually enlist in the real military as a junior grade potato peeler.
The agency overseeing such non-judicial punishment (as well as other administrative offenses that are non-Super related) is Federal due to the military structure implied by such "rank" and is designated as the Department of Unscrupulous Civilian activities and Health-related Emissions (DoUCHE).
When dealing with such Supers the DoUCHE shall make no distinction between first and subsequent offenses.
I think the obvious punishment is clear... Cappy should be reduced in rank and re-branded "Private PantyWaste"
